Ayurveda is the ancient wisdom of India. It is referred to as a "Science of Life". A consultation with our Ayurvedic Practitioner, Sophia, will lead to a 'Tailored Health Plan with Ongoing Support'. If you have a health concern from an achy muscle to insomnia to digestive complaints that you have tried other remedies for and still not found a solution that suits you, then a chat with Sophia could be your next choice. The Health Plan she will formulate with you will include actions from the 4 pillars of Health Management - compatible foods, daily routines, remedial treatments and herbal remedies. Kati BastiFor this treatment we use a dough made from black lentil flour to form a swimming pool against the body part we are concentrating on. We fill the pool with warmed oil, sesame or medicated, and after 20-25 minutes we take it off and perform a massage over the area.

Tailored Health Plan with Ongoing SupportThe truth of the matter with our health is that we can make a difference. WE can make a difference. If we consider health professionals - from nurses to doctors to surgeons and including Massage Therapists - as our RESOURCE to good health and ourselves as THE ONES ultimately responsible, then we can achieve good health! Who puts the food in your mouth? Who switches off the alarm clock in the morning and rolls over? Who acts on the advice that others give us?

Netra Basti - For Eye Conditions
This is a relaxing treatment while working on your eyes, one at a time. Your Optic nerve runs close to the key elements of the nervous system. You know this because if someone throws you a ball suddenly, your reflex to catch it usually is activated. In this way, if we relax your optic nerve, the rest of your body can then relax.
