Abhyanga - Ayurvedic Massage

An Ayurvedic Massage, called Abhyunga, is designed with specific techniques to break up the toxins and help our body eliminate waste.  While some strokes are firmer than others, their combination creates a rejuvenation unlike any other massage.  With a choice of a 90 minute Abhyunga including Marma Point Stimulation (Energy Centres) and ending with an Indian Scalp Massage or a 120 minute Abhunga as per above but including a Steam treatment to help the body detoxify through sweating, you are sure to find one that suits your needs.

This Massage includes Back, Neck & Shoulders, both sides both arms, both sides both legs, abdomen, chest and scalp massage (Indian Head Massage).  The Marma Points (Energy Centres) are balanced after each body part.

Depending on your Doshic Imbalance, a Medicated Oil can be used.  While this makes the massage more effective for your needs, it will cost an additional $20-$40 depending on the cost of the oil being used.  You can discuss this with Sophia before the Massage begins.  If we do not use Medicated oil, it will be Sesame Oil that is used in the massage.
