Reiki

Reiki is an energy that is channelled by a Practitioner to help restore physical and emotional well being.  It is a natural and non invasive process of healing designed to balance and harmonise by a process similar to the "laying on of hands".  Clients do not need to undress and lay on the massage table usually covered by a light blanket.

Reki can:

• Relieve pain and injuries
• Regenerate body tissues
• Loosen blocked energies caused by, for instance, stress
• Promotes relaxation
• Re-establish mental well being
• Help you to recover from illness or medical interventions/surgery​

Heather Lamb is a Master Reiki Practitioner who has been practicing for over 20 years.  She has helped people with emotional stress, physical exhaustion and pain.  Heather has recently found that it works well with Emmett Therapy.

Heather is available on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Consultations are $75 for one hour.
