Embracing SoleReflexology is a popular complementary therapy that can be recieved by anyone of any age. Reflexology is the application of pressure to the reflexes on your feet, hands, ears and face. The theory behind reflexology is that these reflexes correspond to organs, glands and different parts of your body the right. Reflexology helps your body bring homeostasis or balance back, naturally.
Naomi has been practicing Reflexology since 2011, serving the community through home visits and local markets. This year she is expanding her horizons and will include the comunity of The Health Exchange for two days per week (with growth into a third day later in the year). Australian Breastfeeding AsociationVision
Breastfeeding is the normal way to feed and nurture infants, with babies being breastfed exclusively for 6 months and continuing to breastfeed for 2 years and beyond. Mission As Australia’s leading authority on breastfeeding, we: * educate society and support mothers, using up-to-date research findings and the practical experiences of many women * influence society to acknowledge breastfeeding as normal and important to parenting and the physical and mental health of babies, children and mothers. Paddington Clinic, BrisbaneWhen I last has a holiday in Brisbane, I stopped in at the Paddington Clinic for a Massage. Since then I have been on their email newsletter listing and every now and then check out their very nice web site. They have agreed to allow me to use an occassional article of their's (with reference to them of course) in our Newsletters. If you know anyone who lives up that way or if you are taking a holiday north, then make sure you drop in for a treatment. Like us they have services in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Massage and Naturopathy.
